
ECO-CUISINE PROJECT-
A EUROPEAN COLLABORATION FOR SUSTAINABLE COOKING
Rub & Stub is excited to be a partner in the 2025 EcoCuisine project, a collaborative European initiative focused on reducing household food waste and promoting sustainable cooking practices. This project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, supporting educational and social initiatives across Europe.

As part of this partnership, we are thrilled to host a zero-waste cooking workshop in Denmark, sharing our local expertise and passion for environmentally conscious cooking. Additionally, we will contribute to the EcoCuisine Recipe Booklet, featuring sustainable recipes from each partner country, and participate in local events to raise awareness about the importance of reducing food waste.
Through this collaboration, EcoCuisine aims to empower individuals and communities throughout Europe to adopt sustainable habits, creating a significant impact in the fight against food waste and promoting a more sustainable future.
